Steve has more than 27 years' experience in the real estate industry. He was a successful real estate agent for 15 years prior to becoming a real estate appraiser.
In 1999, Steve started his own real estate appraisal company serving the Baltimore-Washington area. He is very knowledgeable and specializes in high value, waterfront, complex and unique properties. He is recognized as an expert witness in real estate valuations. Lawyers choose to work with him because of his professional demeanor while on the witness stand and the quality of his appraisal work.
In 2010, Steve was selected, by HUD, as the Contract Field Reviewer for FHA in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. This contract is for a period of 5 years and was awarded based on quality appraisal work.
Steve is often asked to share his knowledge of the current real estate market and is regularly invited to speak at meetings of other real estate professionals where they have referred to him as an "engaging speaker".
